You must be using some method other than IDQ, or I'm just doing something wrong. Is there another way I should be accessing Index Server?

>Also, there should not be a need to re-install everything after being hit by Code Red. Usually the patch and a reboot will do the trick. Or did you get your site hit by Code Red II and have someone run commands that defaced your site or deleted folders, etc.?
