Yes it does. At least mine is.
I created a test project, and a test DBC, with one table. No stored procs
or any code at all (that I put it, at least). The DBC is IN the project
manager
As soon as I MODIFY PROJECT test, then click on the Data tab, the
database opens.
If I select another Tab, say Classes, then close and reopen the project,
the database is NOT opened. As soon as I click the Data tab, or if the
Data tab was the last active tab, the database opens.
