"Nix" sounds too close to German "nichts" (nothing).

BTW, the spelling is "sphinx" - (Greek mythology) a riddling winged monster with a woman's head and breast on a lion's body; daughter of Typhon. My serious doubts, though, about Greek here. I think it would be Egyptian. I'm not sure whether hinting to sphincter - A ring of muscle that contracts to close an opening would matter.

Apart from the spelling and pronunciation problems general public would have (see footnote), this sounds cool.

Footnote: these troubles are not limited by nation, though - I've seen all sorts of Sfinga (as it's supposed to be pronounced and spelled in Serbian) misspelled as Svinga, Cvinga etc. I've seen a Svera (instead of Sfera, a sphere) as well :).
