I agree 1,000% about accessibility. I was just wondering what they're doing to back up their entire server/workstations etc. Surely they don't want to reinstall everything from scratch if they lose a server or WS hard drive? If they're in a POS environment they likely have to minimize downtime.
I'm a bit sensitive to this issue because the drive in my main W2K box crapped out yesterday evening and I just got it back up this afternoon after getting a replacement drive. Would have been a disaster without good backups.
