In my workstations, I don't have it. In some clients, some workstations has it and some don't. From a suggestion, I included it because I thought it was related to a specific situation I was having at that time. I found after that it was not related as only the ocx is needed.
Also, from the property information related to that file it does not state anything about that dll. So, I think I can remove it from my install setup.
