Hi Randall, I see that you have a subscription to MSDN. Do you mean to MSDN Universal? If so you should already have VFP 7 ready to be installed.

I have no doubt that you should upgrade to VFP 7. VFP 7's IntelliSense is just worth upgrading to, besides much more stability and other great features for you. I suggest you to "get on the bandwagon" and go for it!
