Yes, but when you already expanded nodes in the databases tab, you might want to close the database to test application after changes ad that might require close database. Collapsing database nodes is not enough to close it, you require also re-open the project OR (and that what I meant in previous letters) just select the database in project manager and click 'Close' button - without re-opening project. This is specially useful when project is under the SourceSafe control, because opening project under source safe takes some more time, so re-opening project each time just to close the database opened by project manager is not a good idea.
