Unless there is a tie for second, the top 2 should be placed in a runoff so we can get a name with a majority vote. If one name gets a mafority before a runoff, then a runoff is not necessary. At least in the States that is how it is. But we could have a runoff regardless.
Thanks Mark. I think this can work nicely. Given time zones, people's accessibility to the internet generally and Ken's deadline, the runoff part may be a problem. But votes may make the need moot.
Sounds like one hell of a machine you just got. All those extra gigs must really weigh it down < s >.
