I had a simple project named Repair. The main program was called RepMain and it called a program named Repair. RepMain did not require and parameters but the Repair program did.
I got the "No PARAMETER statement is found" error when running the app even though RepMain did not require any parameters. Simply changing the name of the app and the project solved the problem.
