Just an update - experimented with what you said and - it works great! Just a little kick in the posterior, that's what I needed. I think I undertand the process now. I was able to create a couple of different forms to access the data in different ways, some read only, some updatable. Now onward and ever upward. Thanks again for the nutshell lesson.
