If your printer will turn the paper, like HP8100 would, yes. Not that I was successful in controlling it - sometimes I had trouble figuring why has it printed pages at random, until I looked at the backpages. Still, this is feasible, once you find how to tell the printer to print both sides. The programmatic trouble you may have would come from the fact that if you're printing labels, on the first page they are laid out like this:

 1  2  3
 4  5  6
 7  8  9
10 11 12
13 14 15

But for the backside you have to print these records in mirrored order:

 3  2  1
 6  5  4
 9  8  7
12 11 10
15 13 14

which would be very tricky to do.
