Hi!

Each user in Oracle database have its own scheme, in which they can have completely different databases with the same name ;) There are also a way to share databse and its components between several schemes, so they're similar to all users. (Do not know details, just know the general concept...)

>How can two user be created/ granted access to use the same database. I tried to connect via system/manager and created two users say user1 and user2 granting them dba with admin option. But user1 is not able to see the tables created by user2 and vise-versa. What can be the reason. Or this is a possibility restriction?

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
