I have not had any problem SELECTing data from a CURSOR into another CURSOR or table until I tried
INTO DBF SomeFolderWhichDoesntExist\MyTable
Also, I notice that you've used "/" instead of "\" to separate your directory and table name. I tried both and both worked but they may not with all systems.
