If you're with Codebook you may now that Ed Leafe has enhanced the cBizObj a lot. I remember he said that 90% of his work had been to be sure he was releasing the object references. You might want to donwload eBizObj from his site and have a look at his garbagecollect() method. By the way, there is now a wonderful, free resource for Codebook developers on the web.
