If you're going to re-write anyway than you can use CommTools from http://www.sofdesign.com/developer/commtools/ or WIndows Mscomm control.


It is a communications library that is used to read from card readers. Was looking for the command strings that are used in the library so that I can at least guess what they are trying to do.
