I have a form that is opened by a command button on another form. Once this form is open, you can see the original form behind it, but you cannot click on the original form to activate it without closing the form, with one exception. When we have this form open and click on the windows desktop, then click on the original form, that form comes forward, and will not allow you to click on the form it opened, though you can see it, thus locking the program.

Does anyone have any clues what I can do to fix this?

The form I am trying to activate is set to be always on top, modal, as top level form and normal window.
