What are the Multilingual and Multi-CodePage Capabilities of Visual FoxPro 7?

We have a VFP 5 app that we would like to put under WTS. This would mean displaying data from various different sources with different codepages depending on the client accessing the app. Is it possible in VFP 7 to display such data correctly when the system codepage (ACP) value is set to something different.
