Any improvement to the report writer would be welcome - I wasn't aware there was anything significant in 7.0 - is there? We've somewhat objectified the menu in VFE - I think 7.0 still requires a recompile, no?
For me, the faults of the view designer are just unprofessional, as are the bugs in the report writer.
The new features - great - but I think ERs should take second place to fixing major modules that just don't work as they should.
