Joe,

I’ve been using Codemine for less then two years, and I have no problems saying that this framework has been my best investment ever. Before purchasing Codemine, I had some struggle making the leap from 2.x, but this product made the leap so much easier. I started with another framework but was depressed with the speed, even in the simple, sample application. Codemine is fast, and it won’t get in your way and it will keep you close to the fox environment. The documentation is also very good, and you’ll be productive in a very short time.

I guess choosing a framework is a lot about personal preferences. I thought it was quite useful to look at the different framework’s sample applications. A couple of the ones I tried I was able to crash after just a few minutes of testing, and this made me question the solidity.

My toolset now mainly consist of Codemine, Stonefield Database Toolkit, and a lot of controls from Dbi-tech, and they all work together quite nicely.

Good luck!
