I was unable to find any good references using the library search catalog, but when I went down to the public library and asked the business librarian he pulled the book out of a file folder (it was references only).

It is called KPMG 1995/96 Information Systems Report. Call or visit the librarian for the biz section. If you have no luck, I will take a trip to the library photocopy the cover and ISBN and send it to you by fax.
