Hi Glenn,

BUSTED!!!!
Good memory! I'm impressed! The stereo did play a major factor in my choice of car. However, I'd love to ride to work on a nice day. We do have quite a few good riding days here. When I'm in my car though sound quality matters!

>Hold on one stinkin minute Bill! When I last saw you, you had just bought a new car and the determining factor was the quality of the stereo:> Do you have a stereo on your bike? If so how is the sound quality while cruisin 59?

>>Hi George,
>>Too bad I'd waste more in gas and time saving money! Last week when my folks drove thru IN, they saw as low as $1.35. They filled up quick!
>>
>>I just wish I had a choice. There's no public transportation that I could use. I'd ride my bike (10 miles), but I doubt I'd be alive when I got there. 40-55 MPH along IL Hwy 59 the whole way and no bike lane.

>>>>I wish! We've been paying $1.75. As of this morning, it hadn't gone up. Rumors of down-staters paying $4+! Gov Ryan is mad! Our local news (WGN 9) had a representative from the IL Petroleum Retailers, I think, and they laid into him! It was great! There's talk of bringing charges on the gougers. I hope so!
>>>
>>>You folks in the Chicago area always pay more for gas we do. Try Indiana, much lower there.< bg >

>>>As of lunch time here, the price at one local retailer went down to $1.28. There was one report of nearly $4.00 per gallon, however, up in Dalton (about 50 miles north of here).
