You said:

There is another rules that says:
"Post in the appropriate forum and category"

Ok, so VFP related, yet non-technical threads are for the Chatter Category in the VFP Forum. The Terrorist threads are non-technical, but they are not about VFP, which means they don't go in the VFP forum because its not the appropriate forum.

So what happens? It gets moved, and its even documented:

"Moving of a thread from Chatter category into the Chatter forum if totally off subject
The Universal Thread administration is allowed to move a thread from Chatter into the Chatter forum if the thread is totally off subject as per the current forum. "

Maybe the problem is you refuse to be corrected? Poor eyesite? Critcal reasoning is failing? Either way, for me, one quick look through the rules tells me exactly where to post what.
