>Ok, asshole. Who the hell are you to say I don't think this is as important as Robert? Where you in my head yesterday when my mind was nuts trying to put peices of this together, gathering my thoughts, sending my thoughts out to the families and people of New York City and all over America? Where you there when I...

>Alright, this is stupid, you posed a completely invalid arguement and I'm starting to let my emotions dictate my position in this discussion, as everyone else has. If you'd like to admit that you guys are pissed/scared/angered by what happened and that you'd rather let emotion decide where posts fall, go ahead. There's not alot of logic that can be used to convince people of something after they've abandoned logic.

Mike,

Your position is untenable. We're all under a lot of stress, so let's not fly off the handle. What if NYC had been nuked? Would that qualify as reason enough to forget about this Chatter Forum bullshit? Do you really want to take the position that what happened Tuesday wasn't so serious as to warrant bending a few rules? Put things in perspective, Mike.

Incidentally, let's not pretend that the "rules" are so clear cut and automated. I notice that your posting didn't get branded with the "controversial" label, so I think it's safe to conclude that this was a deliberate editorial decision, as was every decision to move or not move messages to a different category or forum.

For your own sake, Mike, I urge you to back off on this tack you've gotten into. We're all entitled to make some occasional bad judgements, especially under the circumstances.

Mike
