Maybe you can be more specifyc with the errors. You tell that you worked in clipper. Well, it´s true that some commands of the clipper works in VFP but Vfp THINK different than clipper.

Usually when you compile an app you put the libraries that you say nothing else if you don´t use Activex,COM or ODBC. It´s very extrange the behavior. Please tell me what is the code that you put in the textbox, for example, to see if there is something diferent. Another example is why you close the forms or for what? I mean:

If you want to launch a form from another form, the way that you are using is not the most covenient because VFP don´t work so.

Please before I go ahead write me some examples, to see if I can help you in any way.
