OK, now it no longer skips a label. However, the labels are not lined up correctly. The second label starts printing at the bottom of the first label, and each label after is moved up a little bit. I am using 3 1/2 x 1 7/16 labels. The distance from the top of the first label to the top of the second label is 1 1/2. So I defined the paper size to be 3 1/2 x 1 1/5.

I have tried other measurements as well, still the same result.

Any other suggestions?
