Vlad,

I put RETURN isediting in the When Event of all of my controls on my form.

Then in the Edit button on the form I put isediting = .T.

That makes all controls available for use when I press the Edit button.

Otherwise, isediting = .F. and the controls are just as if I had set them to Enabled = .F.

Using the controls this way, Enabled = .T. is always the default setting and I never touch that property. It always stays Enabled = .T. for all my controls on my form. The reason I use this method is because the guy I work with likes me to do it this way. I prefer using Enabled = .T. or .F., but he likes to use isediting better. Not sure why.

I too thought about using a Keystroke command for the Tab key to force the focus to the Editbox, but did not try it yet.

I don't use _VFP.AutoYield that I know of.

Thanks for the help.
