I've searched the web, books in our office, msdn. I think I've been asking the wrong question to my resources.

I need a list of API functions targeted at graphics.

I've wanted to bring some of my old C programs into windows using API (seeing that fox's graphics functions leave a bit to be desired (speedwise)), and have not been able to find a good resource for it.
