Intersting comment. I saw a PBS show last night that reviewed American bombing during the last decade. The ones that made the Arabs the maddest were the four "wag the dog" bombings that Clinton used to misdirect attention away from him during his troubles. I never thought I'd see PBS making such a presentation.
