I agree. However, I do not equate 'International Law' with having to get permission from the UN. Notice the quick move of NATO, to preempt the almost suredly response from UN countries saying we should use economic sanctions, and try this, and try that. This is a war, not an international incident. You don't come into America and do what they did and survive. We do not want them handed over to the US for a trial. We want them to die. But as a civilized person, I certainly want to limit all collateral damage. However, if these terrorists use innocent people as human shields, as they always do, then that should not hamper us from accomplishing what I see as our mission.
