>Thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear they made it. I had rented a car on Saturday when I arrived in San Diego. I drove home (12 1/2 hours) yesterday. Several other DevCon attendees were also driving. One, from Bangor, Maine, left Wednesday night and figured it would take him six days to drive.

Nick figures that San Diego is the furtherest point in the USA away from Halifax. His total travel time will amount to about 7 days. 2 days up to Vancouver, then 5 days Vancouver to Halifax by train.

I was feeling bummed at not being able to make San Diego, but given the transportation hassles, I am feeling better.
