Sensitive message tag in it. What does that mean? I assumed it was because that message addresses political issues. Am I correct?

Excuse my curiosity: is this process automatic? Will any message I post, that contains words in a "black list", be automatically marked as sensitive? Or do you check each thread, or even each message, manually?
