This was done in Foxpro fro Windows 2.5 and we migrated to 2.6 and then to VFP.
The 1st problem we encountered was the size of the accompanying CDX file but
thru software code we did not have to use the imbedding of the graphic file in a
general field. We used pointers to the graphic file that
related the graphic file name & directory location with the
associated text file or info. The actual program was designed for an
Electrical Co-Op that needed to keep maintaince records and
schematic diagrams of 38,000 electrical poles that they treat
and inspect each year.
