This report runs about 110 pages and takes long enough to print using the highest speed draft mode of the printer. As graphics it will be painful. This computer and printer are used ONLY for this application, there isn't even anything else loaded onto the PC.

Having read the whole thread so far, it seems to be the only problem is the lack of a proper screen font. Did you try finding one, maybe on Epson'ts website?
