Those three settings, as well as the other settings in Tools-Options, are stored in the Windows Registry. So what you really need is to be able to access a different Regisrty for each project.

You can do this by creating multiple user profiles.

In Control Panel, Passwords, User Profiles, select the "Users can customize..." button. Reboot, then on startup Windows will prompt you for your user name and password. Create a different user name for each project, and your settings will be kept in separate registries.

To quickly switch between projects, Shut Down and select "Close all programs and logon as a different user"
