I don't know why. All I did was open the report, move the fields, either up or down a little. Then it started printing correctly!

If, by now, you have a working label definition and a non-working one why don't you try to figure out differences between the two, at the table level, specially in the Object=1 record?

No need to send them to you. I just looked at the first record of the two report files. They are exactly the same field by field. The second label file still does not print correctly! I'm about to give up and buy Crystal Reports!
