Is there a way to distribute a VFP7 application without using Installshield Express?

I notice that Installshield Express builds files such as VFP7Runtime.msm and other .msm files into your setup.exe.

Could another install program such as Wise Installer be used to distribute these .msm files? Or does Installshield Express execute or expand these .msm files?

Or is there a list of support files that are needed to distribute with a VFP7 application?
