So, if I use Wise to create a setup.exe and include these files:

msvcr70.msm
msvcp70.msm
msvci70.msm
vfp7runtime.msm

might/will my wise setup work properly on a client PC? Do I need to check any options in Wise? Does Wise 7.04 support MS Installer Technology or do I have to upgrade?
