Having just reviewed the list, I would say both. There are requests there that you can natively do now or you can do with a third party product. (Better view designer, improve the RI code). There are also requests that have been debated several times here that are just not practical. (Break the 2 Gig barrier). There are some other requests that really make alot of sense. (Native ADO support, Intellisense inside WITH/ENDWITH). There are also a few requests that are duplicated (Reports to HTML).
