Yes, MSDN Universal subscriptions get counted for the VFP product at Microsoft. Nobody should think that buying a MSDN Universal Subscription 'instead of' a VFP7 copy or upgrade hurts VFP7 or the Fox team. I will actually be posting more information about MSDN subscriptions in the near future.
