VFP 7.0 Crashing Often

Hi Joel,

I tried to reproduce this problem using Win98SE and VFP 7.0 and was unable to duplicate it. Is there anything more you can post about the environment (what else is running), the printer driver in use when the report was created, or anything else you can think of that may be helpful.

> - modify a report (reports in question were originally created in VFP 7)
> - click the 'X' close button, which should prompt to save the report
> - instead, VFP 7.0 disappears completely... no error message
> - all changes are lost

>The other crash has occurred several times on a Win98SE computer:

> - while modifying a report, right click to preview the report
> - instead of previewing, VFP 7 crashes with our old friend C0000005

>Both of these crashes are intermittent... the correct behaviour does happen more often than not. But, in one afternoon, 4 crashes on one PC and 1 crash on another PC. Should we go back to VFP 6 and wait for a service pack before using 7? Brings back bad memories of how much VFP 6 crashed before several service packs came out. If memory serves, VFP 6 finally became stable 1 year after its original release (was that SP3?).
