Thank you for your response. I will respond tomorrow from work with exact version numbers of printer drivers, etc that we are running. I realize this is very difficult to pinpoint - the crashes are frustratingly intermittent. I can't say do x, y then z and it will happen. Hopefully there may be a clue in the other software such as printer drivers, etc... I will get those details to you soon. Appreciate any help!
