There's a trick to make the Listbox show a checkbox, see http://support.microsoft.com/directory/article.asp?ID=KB;EN-US;Q157048 .

The hot key and concatenation would have to be coded, no magic bullet there. Also, the combobox has the picture property too, the same tip in the MSKB could work with it as well.
