I have just installed Install Shield Express that comes with VFP7. When it is launched, I get the message: 'InstallShield for Windows Installer is unable to start. Ensure that the Windows Installer engine has been installed properly.'

Is this an issue with the OS (which in this case is Windows 2000)?

When I click on the OK button, the InstallShield window appears, but when I create a .ism project file, I receive the message that it cannot be opened. Is this problem related to the first message received at launch?
