After doing a set printer to call sys(1037) that has eliminated the problems for me. If you need this be done with no user interaction take a look at a file here called sendkeys. It works great and will eliminate the need for the user to press the ok button. Also make sure the the tag,tag2 and expr fields are cleared of printer specific information.
