Why don't you add [DATABASEDIR] to the Destination Computer tree. Then drop the data files into that. I just tried it with 140 data files [dbf, pft, cdx, dbc, etc]. It just took less than a minute for all these files to be added to that predefined destination. You specify the suggested database directory in the General Information section at the top.
I think there is something really wrong with your installation of IS for it to be taking this long. These files are not actually copied anywhere. Just a file list and a pointer to where the files exist are kept in the actual IS project [.ism] file.
