I was in the same situation last month, but one of my requirement was that the framework contains the source code then I found some of them and I decided for Visual MaxFrame Professional, for me it perform all my requirements and has a lot of features but the learning curve is not very fast, it is very well documented and the source code has a lot of explanations, however it is very nice when you begin to dominate it (I am still learning it).
