In my ConFig.FPW I have the line

COMMAND = DO Cindy.PRG

and in Cindy.PRG I have

ACTIVATE WINDOW Trace
ACTIVATE WINDOW Watch
ACTIVATE WINDOW Locals
ACTIVATE WINDOW [Call Stack]
ACTIVATE WINDOW Properties
SET
ACTIVATE WINDOW Command

and everything comes up where I want it.
