I'm not sure, this would work. For Acrobat 4.0 you can use west-wind class, available for Download (I use program createPDF, attributed to Houston Brennan). However, I heard, that both Rick's class and CreatePDF program don't work with the latest Adobe Acrobat Writer (5.0). May be Rick can address this problem.
