I want to add an entry not in the list to the codes table after approval, but I can't seem to get the code right. I thought I could use a sql Insert statement, but it's not working. The codes table is part of the database. Help?

Is the insert not working or is the value not showing on the combobox?

Did you try to Requery the combobox?
