Open their unchanged document in Word -- the document that just has [ACCOUNTNUM]. On the menu click Insert, then Bookmark. Find that bookmark in the list, click on it, the click the GoTo button. The entire string [ACCOUNTNUM] should then be selected. If not, click Cancel button. In the document, select the entire string. Click Insert, Bookmark again. Make sure the correct bookmark is selected, then click the Add button. Save the document.
